Weight loss seems to be one of the most hardest thing to do and is one of the major problems in this country. We all know the reasons why and what we should and shouldn’t do, but we can’t seem to help it. We eat he wrong foods, we don’t exercise enough!! We know it!! We have excuses like stressed out, not enough time in the day and the list goes on. But they are the truth and it seems only the most strong willed person can succeed in losing weight and keeping it off? We work long hours, have little time to rest. We are engrossed in our phones and social lives but don’t have time to love ourselves enough to look after us. Poor mothers and fathers running around, trying to manage a household, taking kids to school, after school activities etc and hold down a job as well, leaving little time left to look after themselves.
How is that no one has come up with one simple thing we all have time to do? Like take a pill twice a day. We all have time for that. Why is it, in this busy day and age, of endless new developments and research, that no one has come up with the answer that would solve every ones problem? So many people are out there looking for answers to this world wide issue but there doesn’t seem to be one- fit- all solution. Is it just mind- set like some people say or is there something else? Is it an addictive behaviour to the foods we are presented with every day like sugar and fats? Yes I hear your groans – not ‘eat more vegetables’ and ‘exercise’!!!
Well anyway, I don’t have the answer but there are a lot of different supplements that seems to be having some good results like Garcinia cambogia, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, cinnamon and Moringa, I do love my salads and vegetables so that is not my problem. But I do have a sweet tooth to my own disgust.
