The answer to this long debate is still raging. What are the benefits of organics foods and should you pay more for them? In this current economic climate with food shortages, climate and weather anomalies such as flooding and droughts, together with loss of jobs, the cost of food has risen. Many cannot afford to buy organic products which often cost more than conventional ones.

But like anything in life, good things just don’t come easily to us. We have to pay for it or make an extra effort to get what we want or need. We just need to decide what is important to us. Is your good health worth it? Unfortunately most people don’t realize how important their health is, until  it is too late? Is a few cents more for a product worth the cost to your health?

The decision is yours. As explained in the video below ‘organic’ is not as important as price in some food items we buy. This is in the case of food products that you peel or shell to remove the outer casing, so you don’t eat or ingest the pesticides and fungicides that are on the food. But when we look at all the artificial foods and GMO products like meat and chicken products being made in a laboratory for us to eat, it may be time to reconsider your food choices.

People who know how the metabolic pathways in the human body work will know how complicated and intricate the overall process is. They can understand it is like putting the wrong fuel in a car. It just won’t run properly and will eventually break down. By putting the wrong fuel in our body, which is not recognized on a cellular level, will cause it to not function properly and you will get sick.

When we are young we tend to not care about the health issue but as we age we come to realize the importance of good health. As getting in to see a doctor is becoming more and more difficult and costly, good health is coming to the forefront of our priorities.
